Debra joined Cornerstone in January, 2011 as the firm’s Operations Administrator. She is the voice you hear when you call and the one to welcome you when you arrive. She is responsible for handling client scheduling and seeing to it that phone calls and correspondence are routed appropriately. Debra creates a caring and friendly atmosphere for clients, visitors and staff, and is a part of a dedicated team working for you.

Debra’s office administration and operations experience extends over 25 years. She began her career working in medical records for Alliance City Hospital and from there went into office management for both a medical and a dental private practice. After 12 years as Office Manager for Waterloo Dental Associates, Debra decided to embark on a new career path in real estate where she co-owned and operated her own real estate investment business. She also worked for Cedarwood Development, Inc., a nationwide commercial real estate development company, in operations.
